We take our time to put the child at ease and explain everything in a playful way. Parents are right there.

In very shallow water (max 2 m) the child takes their first breaths below the surface, held by an instructor the whole time.

Blowing bubbles, catching a toy: a few simple games so the child feels comfortable and has fun.

What to expect
For a child it's pure magic: breathing underwater for the first time, in a sheltered little pool made of sea. There is no performance, no goal, just discovery and fun, at their own pace and always holding an instructor's hand.

Good to know
Is it dangerous for my child?
No. They stay in shallow water of 2 m maximum, held by an instructor the whole time, with a parent present. Safety is the absolute priority.
Does my child need to swim?
A little comfort in the water is enough. They don't need to be a strong swimmer, we stay in the shallows.
What's the age range?
From 8 to 10. From age 10, the Junior Open Water is available as a real certification.
What if my child doesn't want to?
No problem. They decide, and we never force anything. Even just the first breath counts as a success.
